Dear Parents,
Welcome to Kingsview Christian New After School Program students grades K-5. We are very excited to have the opportunity to serve you and your children. This new program has been designed for students to get one-on-one tutoring/homework help, STEM activities, brain interactive games, Art, and PE/Sports activities. The program has been designed as a 3 hour program from 2:30pm - 6pm. All students will start the day with a nutritious snack and a short recess before getting into the different group activities. We want structure and variety in the After School Program; therefore our daily routine will be organized in the following way.
Students will be in the GYM Building from 2:15pm - 5:00pm

Snacks/Free time recess (30 mins)

2:30-3:00 for Kingsview students

3:30-3:45 for Students on Buses

3:00-5:00 ½ hour rotating groups

Group 1 - Computers/Coding

Group 2 - Art/STEM

Group 3 - Homework

Group 4 - PE/Sports

Students will be in the Church from 5:00pm - 6:00pm.

5:00-6:00 Interactive Activities (in school/church)

Students will be in 2 different classrooms.

If you would like to sign your child up, applications are available at the Kingsview Christian School office (Office hours 7:30 am - 3:00 pm Monday through Friday) or on our website as well at https://www.kingsviewchristian.com. You may email it to rebeccafarmer@kingsviewschool.org when it is completed or stop by the office.

Policies and Procedures
Payment Policy
Monthly charges will be billed by Kingsview School Office to your home on the first of each month. Your bill will be due on the 5th of each month. If the bill is consistently ignored and left unpaid, a prepay option will be required or your child may not participate in the program.
Pick-up Procedures
To ensure your child’s safety, she/he may not leave the building unaccompanied. We require that you or an authorized adult pick up your child at the Gym before 5:00 or if after 5:00 pick up the student at the church. Only adults who are on the registration form will be allowed to pick up your child. All children must be signed out before they leave.
Pick-Ups no later than 6:00 pm.
All after-school activities end at 6:00 pm. Students will be in the Gym Building from 2:15-5:00 pm and moved to the Church from 5:00-6:00 pm.
No Late Pick Ups
Please pick your child up by 6:00 pm. We must be out of the church by 6:00. Please understand the church has other activities going on at 6:00 pm and the building is not available to Kingsview past 6:00 PM.
